case study: This was an older home located in the North Park area of San Diego. This was not a simple - let's bring in furniture and put it down kind of project. We were challenged with several areas of the home that were in disrepair and needed our help. The end result was an look that felt as if someone who loved the home lived there. It did not look like some of the staging you will see out there with rented furniture, plastic bread in the kitchen and a table set for no-one! When the home went on the market it was so well received that it was sold within the first 18 hours.
